Vladimir Putin has instructed the Ministry of Defense to create conditions for the free movement of foreign correspondents in the settlements of Kupyansk, Pokrovsk, and Myrnohrad. According to the press service of the military department, this decision is related to incoming reports about possible movement restrictions.
