Pretrial Detention Center No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service Directorate for the Vladimir Region was recognized as the best in terms of service performance for 2025. At the same time, as reported by the publication "Govorit neMoskva," it was in this detention center that incidents of torture against prisoners were previously recorded.
