The Federal Security Service (FSB) has ruled out the possibility of adding to the "white lists" of internet resources those banks that have not deployed the System of Operative Investigative Activities (SORM), intended for storing customer correspondence. This information, citing two sources in the financial sector, was disseminated by the publication RBC.
RBC reports that the FSB has excluded Sber and T-Bank services from the "white lists." The reason is that these organizations did not provide the special services with access to their clients' correspondence.
