The Russian Armed Forces struck a residential area in Kharkiv's Industrial District. According to the head of the regional administration, Oleh Syniehubov, drones hit a five-story building, resulting in the deaths of four civilians.
Among the victims were a one-and-a-half-year-old child and a 16-year-old teenager. The number of injured reached twenty, Syniehubov specified. Additionally, according to his data, five local residents remain listed as missing.
